- Identification of the Presence of Asbestos
- Licensing of Work
- Notification of Work
- Information, Instruction and Training
- Prohibition
In short, the regulations set out your legal duties and offer practical advice on how you should comply. They also offer minimum standard for ensuring you protect your employees from any potential exposure.
