Operations Administrator

Monday to Friday

Working hours 9am – 5pm

35 Hours per week. Optional daily overtime available.

£21,840 per annum

Our Operations Team is very often the first port of call for our clients, providing quotes, booking in jobs, and pulling together Job Packs for our Technical Team, and provide admin support to the Operations Manager.

Key roles and responsibilities:

  • Administration of daily surveying and analytical works on site.
  • Organisation of the site staff to meet our client’s requirements.
  • Dealing with client enquiries and booking appointments via phone and e-mail.
  • Liaising with the Operations Manager to provide quotations to clients and scheduling in the work.
  • Communicate with the other administration departments to ensure that projects are delivered on time to meet our client’s needs.

 The successful candidate must have the following:

  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Excellent IT skills with knowledge of working on various software packages.
  • Good time management.
  • The ability to meet deadlines.
  • Thrive in a busy and reactive work environment.
  • Good team player.
  • The ability to work independently whilst still feeding into a team.
  • To work on your own initiative and make good decisions in the interest of both the company and the client.
  • A commitment to delivering high quality customer service.
